The European Advanced Blackjack rules say that the Dealer stands on all 17 and draws on 16.
European Blackjack is played with just two decks of cards and these are always fully shuffled after the completion of every game.
Be aware that if the Dealer gets Blackjack after you have split or doubled, your entire bet - both the original and double or split amounts, are lost.
You are permitted to split two cards with the same denomination, such as two Queens or two Threes and if you choose to do this then your
hand will be divided into two separate hands and a bet equal to your original bet is placed on the second hand.
